8 rib - what SC are you using? One stout engine. For a minute I thought you were going NA to break the 12s.
Good Luck.

As an alternative, Zack posted a while back the pulleys (and their ford part numbers) needed to switch to 8 rib.

Wow that sounds like a really amazing engine build. No cut corners. Sorry I missed the total displacement. Do you know what that is? Would you mind sharing what that build $$$ ran you?
Wicked! -- read it again and you got the intake extrude honed - did you send it here? http://www.gethoned.com/

Yes thats the place, extrude hone...New block was lightly bored & honed .002 over so i don't think you pick up any CI's, still a 4.6, 281. Now $$$$ I don't want to sound difficult or wise ass but i made alot of calls, cryed, beged & whined alot & it hurt ($$$) but i know come spring i'll be glad i did it & i'am happy now, i can't stop :):).

Ron Hobart does the best engine and head work around, he is very meticoulous, so this translates to being patient. and waiting on Ron to work his magic, I am waiting on the 8 Rib alternator pulley and will be sending the kit out this week, I hope every one has a safe a good holliday

Hey...what kind of job do you have in the Philly/Jersey area to afford that nice Xmas present? I'd be happy with a job that would let me send my car to Dennis for a nice supercharger install.:banana::burnout:

Looks like a stout build.
Estimates on how much boost you will be running?
Thoughts on fuel system?
What management system will you be running?

MM going to Kasper's Korner tomorow for engine swap, I'am going to start out at 15PSI boost. Not sure if staying with ford management system or go with somthing else, fuel system is still undecieded, i'll talk to Tommy Kasper tomorow & will post again what we go with. Remember i'am old but i know i want to do 10's. :) :dunno:

There is nothing wrong with a EEC 5 computer, Tommy is adding 60 lb injectors and a SCT B3000 before he turns the boost up, the car started and runs fine on the stock motor S/C file with 39's and a 90 MMLM tune till he can get some miles on the motor.

Geez got enough intake spacer there? lol

Just wondering if there's any hood clearance issues with the intake spacer in the last pic? What is the thickness if the spacer? 7/8"

Wow nice setup, can't wait to see what the final numbers are once everything is broken in. Think you are about as bullet proof as you can get.
Are you sure your only goal is 10s? I think you are trying to chase Marty with that setup. :)
Now I will go back to being green with envy, all I want is a little boost and you are over here building a monster. Want to adopt any 31 year old kids? I'll shovel snow and mow in the summer, plus ask for the keys every night.

Yes, he had to add a custom hood but the spacer should help, only the dyno will tell.

Now here is the picture of the hood, if you do not like it fine, if you do fine, just remember if you can't say any thing nice about a Marauder owners choice, then take the high road and say nothing at all. I think Tod has the best looking hood, but then again he paid 1800.00 dollars for it to. This is functional and that is all that matters.

Well I seriously doubt it, but stranger things have happened, Rich you tell me if you wire the battery back words and you turn the headlight switch on does the road turn black, and if you press the horn does it suck instead of blow LOL. The car looks good and has a mega motor, and you could not talk to a better person on the phone than the cars owner John.
