Got to Union grove this past Sunday about noon.
Got there just as my low fuel lamp came on, but I ran the car anyway.
The only close race;
first run against a white G-8 GXP who tree'd me bad .052 vs. .347
But the Mighty Merc turned the faster 8 down to 13.023 @102.68 vs. 13.2@108.68 on that pass.
The G-8 driver had to come back after the run and gloat on how bad he tree'ed me.
Went to refuel with some 110 just for measure.
got pick'ed on by several faster mid eleven cars Camaro, Monte SS,roots Cobra,Then;
Kicked the tar out of a faster corvette who apparently can't get his car moving ran 13.7 @ 118 W/ 3.0 60'
Highlights;
Personal best ET 12.97, and Trap speed 105.43 not the same run.
all eleven runs were 1.8X 60'
last six runs broke the 12 second barrier
only three passes had respectable RT's .056,.077,.087
I had a one off twelve second pass before today, now I feel like I live in twelve second land.
I'm good for twelves, As long as the temps stay near 50* or better,* headlamp removed .

What, by .05 sec, and 1/2 a MPH, .05 60', or the .05 RT? Who's counting? LOL:D My car is your fault anyways!:P

I got a pair of 295 BFG drag radials on Cobra rims and I ran them at 17 psi.
They hook pretty good .
This track is notoriously fast, they were spraying the VHT for only 60 cars were there.
I started two foot launching at about 1500 RPM, seems like anything over 2K and I spin.
