View Full Version : Just picked up a marauder it's blue
Hi, I'm new to the site but not new to the car scene. I currently own a 1987 Buick GN and a 1988 5.0 supercharged Mustang.
I just picked up a 2003 Blue Marauder. I have always liked these cars and was just waiting for an excuse to get one. Well my wife just got her license so we needed a second daily driver. She inherited mine and I got this wonderful car. I have one dilemma though, it snows here and I don't want to drive it in the winter, at least not this year. We live in Eastern Ontario, Ottawa area. I'm currently looking for a winter beater, and no I won't consider driving the GN in the snow.
Just wanted to say hi. I will be reading up and getting familair with the site.

I'd love to have a GN or if I hit the lottery a GNX. Welcome to the site. Lots of good info here. The search function is good but take immense patience. Good luck.
:congrats:

A GN, a 5.0 Mustang, and a Marauder...the three worst possible cars to drive in the snow.
I'll add my '94 Thurderbird SuperCoupe to that list.
Thanks for the kind welcomes folks. I'll post some pics as soon as I can. Just need to figure it out and get my kids off of the computer. The GT I have is going, it's pretty much sold. I'm keeping the GN as I have had it since it was 2 years old. Love the MM so far, how do I know which car it is, I see a number 541 on the engine block on the drivers side head, is that it.

Congrats on the MARAUDER!!! That there is a rare and beautiful color, my excuse was I needed a fast Daddy car!
Thanks for the welcomes. looks like I figured out how to add pics. Here are a couple of my other rides. My 87 GN, mid 10 sec at 122 mph, and my 88 GT Vortech supercharged. I sold the GT to my cousin to buy the Marauder. I barely drive it any more which was a shame. At least someone will be enjoying it soon. The little guy in the pic is my son, a real car guy. Last one is my work ride.
