Holy crap! How would you explain that one?
Look at it again and see how the cables are hooked up. I think the bottom cable had slack and the truck quit sliding. It folded up between the box and the frame which is the weakest part. Pretty wild!

You never pull a truck from the front bumper in a situation like that - just dumb. What did the operator think was going to happen the truck was going to stand on it's rear bumper. It should have been pulled out by it's rear bumper.

You can see that a cable was also hooked to the rear of the truck. After watching it a bunch of times it looks like the back of the cab and the roof hooked on the ice. It was junk before they pulled it out. Would have been fun to listen to the people who are there!
