I got 17" steelies! I have TPMS & center caps Q's

I am pumped - Just posted on craigslist today and I picked them up tonight - A set of 17x7.5 steelies for an '08 PI that have never been mounted on a car. Clean and perfect. And cheap. They even have factory grease around the hub hole and white grease pencil markings.

They have TPMS sensors - Do I just cut the bands to remove? It seems so. Is there a market for those? I didn't see them selling for much on eBay.

Also, I'd like to get center caps. I'll need shouldered lug nuts so the clips work. Question: Will any cap work? I see ads where they list the year range and/or the wheel diameter, but I was thinking that was just for style, not fit. Does anybody know?

$50 for the set, shipping included. These have never been used on a car so they are mint. I assume I have to cut the bands and throw the bands away, keeping the brackets. Right?

Yes just cut the band, the sensor itself is also 3M taped to the rim. The new owner would need to buy a universal band they look like really huge hose clamps and some new 3M tape.

I have a set of caps off a 10' CVPI, no lugnuts though.
