Hi everyone, just checking in and saying hi. I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I have narrowed it down to 2 vehicles, opposite spectrums but heres my choices and reasoning. 1st Truck, Ranger or pre04 F150, and 2nd Marauder. Now my reasons, I really love cars and I have owned 2 trucks and had them for a total of less than 1 year. I have an 03 cobra but I dont drive it much since its my toy and garage queen. So I would really like to have a DD thats comfortable, reliable and fun to drive but I also need a hauler once in awhile but not much. So I am looking for facts and info. I want to make as educated of a decision I can since the next purchase I will make I will keep for a few years and dont want to have to put alot of money in. So you may see me pop in and ask a few annoying questions once in awhile. Besides I really would like to find a blue Marauder but looks to quite a challenge so I may have to settle for black which wouldnt be bad either. Thank Paul

Welcome, first things first there is only one Raven here lol j/k
Tough call, the Marauder can be all the things you want minus being a hauler as depending on what you are trying to haul.

Just the family mostly but occasionally it would be nice to be able to haul stuff like drywall and such, but not a must you know thanks for the welcome and dont really run into too many ravens but most of my friends call me Buff

I see why you want a DBP (Dark Blue Peark) Marauder to go with your blue Terminator.
Yeah no drywall hauling in the MM unless it's some 2x2 or 2x4 sheets in the trunk only! lol

The Marauder fits your DD comfortable, reliable and fun but it isn't a drywall hauler. If you need a people hauler most ... get the Marauder and rent a pick-up for the drywall, lumber and home improvement projects. Home Depot and Lowe's around here offer rental trucks.
I certainly hope that I don't EVER see a DBP MM cruising with sheets of drywall strapped to the roof. ;) .... or DTR, or SB, or Black for that matter.
Another option is to put a trailer hitch on the MM and pull your "stuff" in a trailer. Some folks here have tow hitches on their MM. Not my style but it works for some.

now thats an idea but how much can it tow? Dont worry I would never put anything on the roof of the car, haha.

I went from a long list of F150's and a F350 right before buying the Rauder. Never looked back even five years later (except when snowing):D

I wouldn't tow anything more than a motorcycle or jet ski with it.

Thats why I am really leaning toward this car, I think I am going to wait til end of Jan maybe Feb to buy just so I say it took me two months to decide:beatnik:

That would work, I had a ski but sold it since I didnt have a tow vehicle. I sold my TB SS and got the cobra and a beater and havent looked back. but I would love to get another ski and a marauder :banana2:
