Photoshop Help Needed!!!

I need help with this image.

I want the MO's Speed Logo and phone number in the upper left hand corner isolated in one image.

I also want the MO's Speed, MO's Knows Speed and phone number which appear lengthwise at the bottom in a separate image.

In these images I will need teh "extra" white space cropped off.
