Bucket capacity: 54.9 cubic yards (1,482.3 cubic feet)

Weight of water in 1482.3 cu ft = 92,495.5 pounds (46.2 tons)

Even if only half the water hit that car, it was roughly equivalent to 20-23 tons dropped from a height of 50 feet. I think it did surprising well .... considering. ;)

That was a tidal wave!

I am amazed at how quickly that GIANT bucket moved...some serious hydraulics!
You could even see how the water held it's shape for a brief second as the bucket pulled away from it.
