If it did not happen in Washington, DC, it would not have been so blown out of preportion. If it would have happen in Baltimore City, the new would have said "Great job"...Hell we had an officer cash her patrol car because kids put rocks in their snowballs. The officer did right..

We have a State Police Officer who was a Metro DC cop before coming here and he says this is like a vacation compared to DC.But you can tell he loves community because the first chance he had he became a resident Trooper he took it.You can be alittle more personal when your in that position.
