Good shop to get tune-up(not the Marauder)

Good people,

The wife's Expedition is throwing multiple codes. #5 misfire and lean running in bank 2. Needless to say i need to get this squared away. I figure a tune-up will fix what ailes her but the dealership (I am being nice) wanted $500+ for their tune up. Ain't no D@MN!!!!! way I am paying that kinda money for a tune up. So if you know someone that does really good work for reasonable rates please let me know. Thanks.

What year Expedition? Which engine? Coils and plugs are not that difficult to install.

Not to scare you but my Father just had a tune up on his F-150 at 80k miles and some of the plugs broke during the removal. He has the 2004 5.4 engine which are notorious for plug issues.
