Well, I got myself a pretty neat Christmas present this year...

...I bought a House!!

Yep, I just closed on Tuesday - I'm now officially a resident of Amissville VA...about 5 miles out of Warrenton.

A few months back I called someone I knew to see how this whole process worked as I was saving my pennies for quite a while, and a few short months later look at that I have my first home. lol!

More importantly, my first garage!

Thought I'd share!!! And yeah I'm still in CAM-land :)

I actually know where Amissville, VA is. Right on Route 211. Do you have a view of Skyline Drive? Very nice area out there.

Congratulations Mike! That is way cooler than the fruit cake I got. Hope you enjoy the garage with attached house.

I've spent the last month renovating. It never ends with a older home.

Congrats Mike! You will never regret being a home owner! Thats a beautiful part of the country too. We pass through that area every year enroute to Garden City, SC.
