Has anyone else had problems with Google this evening?

If you don't use Google, could you please try loading http://www.google.com and see if you have any luck accessing this website...

Thanks, in advance, to anyone who replies...

OK, Thank You!

That tells me it is on Brighthouse Network's end -- and not a global problem.

I have already had a few friends, all on Brighthouse, try Google and they're encountering the same problem.

Ping Timeouts, redundancy.

From what I can determine the Orlando hub is down. I'm still pulling over 12 Mps thru the Tampa hub. Also speedtest.net is not using the Orlando server and tests are rerouted to Tampa's server. I can't get quite a few sites before timing out either. Last time this happened to me was in Dec 22,1998 when a backhoe cut an OC45 line near Lutz. Fiber is hard and time consuming to repair so this may be a day or 2 problem. Oh well, life's a funny thing!
