A new stable mate...

Well guys, it looks like I will be trading in my old Subaru DD for another big, black, 4-door, US made, V-8 sedan; a 2007 Cadillac CTS-V with only 14,375 miles on it. It has a 6 speed manual!!! Woo hoo!!!

I am also considering, not in addition to, a 2008 CTS 4 with all of the creature comforts. Whereas the CTS-V is just bad assed, the CTS 4 is just so pretty, I may give in to my feminine side and go that way. All opinions are welcome. Has anyone owned and driven either one of these cars?

Either way, I am planning on taking one of these beauties home tomorrow and driving down to DC with the family to watch the Caps beat up on the Devils... Thanks. -Bob

Had a DTS, I can at least say I owned a Caddy, I will never buy another one of them. More electrical gremlins than you can shake a stick at, most were never fixed, nor could the dealer fix them (either dealer). I bought it new, lost my a$$ on it 5 years later when I traded it in with 22k on it. I was never so glad to get rid of a car in my life. Otherwise, it was a great car. GL with your purchase, buy the extended GM warranty.
