Marauder godhead logo & s55

Hi everyone,
I have seen some godhead logo's on the MM. Do u guys have more pics of them?
Just wondring where can i buy those godhead logo for front girll and trunk? , and where can i get those s55 tail light trim? :drool:

There is a thread on how to make your own using the stock badges and center caps. Search for it and you will find it. It was one of the original DIY mods posted on here.

Also I don't know if there is actual S55 tail light trim. My tail lights are painted and all the other cars I have seen with it were done the same way. You would need to tape off the 3 horizontal indentations and paint the surrounding area to match your paint.

The S55 taillights are painted with body color matching paint on the raised parts of the brake/turn lights and reverse lights. You could have a local body shop that you trust do them for you for a couple hundred probably.

I rattle canned my own. Several coats of matching black, many coats of clear, cut and buff. The joy of owning black!

I've had quite a few people ask me if they came like that because it just looks like it's totally factory on the silver cars.

I've even thought about doing it to my 05 Grand Prix since it has factory tinted taillights now but I think I will just use Night Shade tint spray for the unlighted areas of it.

Attached is a pic of the S55 emblem as well as a god's head emblem. The S55 emblem fits the trim below the taillight. The god's head emblem in the photo is the same size as the CAR steering wheel emblem, but it is flat on the back instead of concave. The concave one fits the steering wheel but the flat one won't fit it as well. However, the flat one is just right for sticking to a flat surface, such as the passenger's side airbag. Both sides of the interior of the car match that way. The flat one is one of the prototypes for the steering wheel emblem, I don't think either of these are available any more.

I was thinking about the S55 treatment. Now that I see it, when I vet the Roush spoiler painted and installed, I am doing that. It looks pretty AWESOME.

That is a Daniel at Colex badge NOT the CAR Motorsports one. Both do great work but Daniel will do custom work such as my front, FruitPunch Marauder and rear Super Charged Marauder.

You seem to have a real hang up with cost for Marauder stuff. Better get used to paying bucks if you want to do mods or upgrades, they ain't cheap for this car.

Mike, Here's a pic of the "standard" front badge he used to offer. I'm not sure he keeps them in stock, but prolly has a CNC program set up for them and can run to order.

I had some paint flaking on my Colex badge, Daniel offered to have it repainted, I opted to do so myself with DBP touchup paint to match the car. Cleaned well with paint thinner and then applied with the touch up brush that come with the small paint tube, has held up pretty well. Some minor chips, but I just touched it back up.

^^I really wanst feeling the front grill godshead BUT this one works nicely...I still want to change the trunk merc emblem for a godshead and thanks SC cheese for that colex site. I will soon order caps for under the hood, adds a sweet touch!!

By the way, the last pic ^^^ up there^^^^^, showing the "Carolina Mrauder" wording blocking out the state name on the tag----well, that is now a violation in the state of NC.

So, if traveling thru NC you may want to reconsider any tag blocking situation of your state tag name-=-and replace it when you get back home....It will give the LEO the opportunity to choose to stop you if he so desires....
