Ok,. he we go, Left front fog lamp out. how hard and how many watts can i go up to, and what other options? i.e.- Help!

Are you sure its the fog lamp? I had the same problems with mines and come to find out it was the springs that sit behind the lamp was completely depressed and was not making contact with the lamp

Would the GE off road 100w'ers be bad for the housing?i.e. melt....

After replacing the bulb make sure you install the bulb correctly into the lens assembly, it may seem to be in correctly but may not and will fall out from the lens assembly and burn a hole in the inside of the front bumper cover. Natehawk had shown a few of us the outcome after his burned a hole in hisbumper cover. After replacing a bulb a month ago I realized what he was takling about when mine did not seem to be in properly. Double check!
