As most of us all know 2011 will be the end for The Panther Platform. A few of us have already said that they will buy a vehicle in the final model year. The question is what?
I would love to get a black Lincoln Town Car brand new, but I have no idea how I will do it. I already have a Mercury and do not think I need another at this time.
What do you want?

Dom,
How's about "other" or "nothing" as 2011 purchase options?

I think those are the only choices for Panthers.
If none of the above than don't vote.
What are you planning on getting Rex?

Crown Vics are only fleet, taxi, or police. Have been for a few years.

That's why I said 2013 for Ford. That's probably the time one person can get a 2011.

End of 2011 it may be possible for a civilian to purchase leftover CVPI's that were ordered but not purchased. Maybe if you know the right people at a dealership you could get one sooner. Or if you have a Limo business like John Nero...

That's the key to anything, but I didn't think of the "leftovers". I can see that happening.

+1 (black, loaded with flappy paddle thingies) - Also be nice to get a 2011 Black P71 SAP - there is a dealer who sells to civilians.
Google - Sutton Ford. They will sell brand new P71's to John Q Public.

Interesting...You must mean a second car altogether, cause, its cheaper to boost your Blue up to that point and still have the bigger car.....I think you need another drive in a Higher HP MM.......want to drive mine again let me know.....payments for boost are cheaper than "monthlys"...

Already starting...
Need more ammo. Only got about 4,000 rounds right now. Need to have around 10,000 so I have plenty in all the calibers I can shoot.

Saving my money to pay my soon to triple health insurance premium. If I fall into some money, probably get one of those KR's. The kind without the warranty. If I do, anyone want to buy some neat badges and stripes?

I figure I'll wait a few years on mine (either 2012 or 2013) so that they can work out any kinks in production hopefully and so that a good base of vehicle mods can be available. I'm really hopeful that it'll be the first new car I'd get. :)
Probably get one of the last remaining Towncars, Black/Black, sunroof, Nav, HID, Sync, whole 9. Make it my first brand new car my Sunday car.

2011 is a "refresh" year for the Challenger, SRT's will get the new 6.4L Hemi rated 500hp, also get a 6-speed auto, passive keyless entry, new interior design. If dealers aren't stupid about trading 6.1L SRT's and financing is near 0 percent, I would trade. Also the redesigned Charger will be out, also with the 6.4L in the SRT version. If the redesign has classic 70's Charger styling cues, I may be interested.
And I'm going to take a hard look at the new 5.0 Mustang GT, and the Camaro Z-28, though more serious about the Mustang than the mullet mobile.

Get the GT. It's faster and it's not retarded looking.
