picture - which way does the "wavy" part of the tread go.
These are NOT directional are they? I asked the Guy about getting 2 left tires and he said "that wasn't possible"

The wavy part goes towards the inside. They are asymmetrical, not directional

Really don't understand why people are still buying these junk tires.

Why are the blems more than the non-blems?

Really don't understand why people are still buying these junk tires. +1, 'specially with the multitude of better looking/performing tires available at lower prices.

I am one of the few on here that love the grip these have in the rain. This is temporary for me anyhow. My first plans when I get back to working is getting the same 20" rims that GMTech has on his.

The OEM BFG tires have a very stiff sidwall - no flex. With nittos or any other you get much less control as they are mushy in comparison. I prefer the crisp stiff performance.

Yeah I agree, these tires were on my car for about 1 month and I will never have them on it again, well maybe if I needed a new spare tire.

You bought them new? Or the OEM BFG's you got to experience were the 5+ year old ones that came on your car you bought it?! -- Yes old worn tires are not good.
Again I like them because of their stiff sidewall. Tell me of a tire that's as stiff in the sidewall and I'll listen - otherwise I think you guys are crazy. I think you loose a good 10% of the handling when you go to a spongy tire.
I also liked the BFG Traction T/A "H Rated" tires on my P71. The BFG's were easily better than Goodyear Eagle RSA+ and General Grabber tires. I don't care if they only last 30,000 miles that's what a ultra high performance tire is suppose to do.

I have had 2 sets of traction TA's and both had problems with tires that were out of round and had to be sent back. The traction TA is made in Romania, not USA like most of the BFG's. It was a good performing tire but a pain in the ..... to get a set of 4 that actually measured round when mounted.

I never had a problem with BFG's The H Rated tires were good 5 ply tires -In fact I still have them on my wifes car. I just bought 2 new ones for the front and put the 80% tread life tires from my old P71 on the rears. They are 225/60-16 - H Rated
Yes I know the OEM KDWS tend cup the front insides - (alignment) and the centers wear out of the rears faster than the edges.. but I like them.
Next time I buy tires I probably have to go with something else as you won't be able to get these anymore anyway.
