I am looking for the service manual for my '04 MM.

They have this for the '03...

2003 Crown Victoria Grand Marquis and Marauder Workshop Manual

...but not the '04. Am I looking for the wrong thing?

It may be too soon...perhaps FORD hasn't released the 2004 info to HELM, yet...

It took a while for the '03 manual to be available too. It will be out, and probably part of the CV/GM manual as before

The official word: The material is only on CD-Rom at this time. Ford has not given a release date for the paper format as of yet.

Hey Agent,.. sometimes you can find those CD-roms on ebay. I'd pay a few bucks for burned copy.

If the official paper version isn't out yet I'd hold out on the DVD or CDRom version, it may not yet be complete either

Any word on the Chiltons stuff or just stick with Helms when it comes out?

I'd stick with the Helms, which is OEM
Chiltons never impressed me, and a lot of it will just be regurgitated from the OEM

They usually come out early December.

The HELM manual is still not available.

So where do I get simple routine info? Like torque specs for lug nuts and such?

Flat rate tech sells dealer service DVD's for a nominal charge, but you need a computer dvd drive.

They only appear to have DVDs through MY2001.

Where are the rest of you guys getting routine mechanical info on our cars?

I wrote an Email to Helm Inc. on Sunday and got this response today:

"The Marauder is covered in this shop manual:
$145.00 FCS1219104 2004 Crown Victoria and Grand Marquis Workshop Manual
CD Rom:
$170.00 FCS1276104 2004 Ford Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis CD-Rom"

You are right! Though the title doesn't say so, when you click the link "Models Covered" it does list Marauder.
