"partially built".

I guess that means something but don't know what, my car is an 04, not like the various configurations of the 03 model. It does have a moon roof, that may account for it, since they were put on at the factory but not by the factory, but a private contractor, or so I understand.

I already got my dreamcar but from time to time I still shop for MMs out of curiosity. Every 04 Moonroof Equipped MM I run across has the VIN beginning with 2MHHM79V. Mines and every other 04 begins with 2MEHM79V instead.
