...makes me friggin happy!
Braved the horrible 1/2 inch of left over snow and ice this morning to get to work, only to find out the military decided only Alpha personnel had to come in, which pretty much means we would have been twiddling our thumbs all day. Total time at work: 22 minutes. SCORE!!
Anyway, we decided to stop and eat breffas on the way home. Good stuff. Abouta block from our house, we see these 2 snow people. So we parked, grabbed the camera, and walked back down to snap a few pics. People were slowing down and giving us thumbs up like WE made them. Not wanting to shatter anyones wholesome image of us, we waved back and smiled and ****. I think I heard Amy call someone a jack ass.

As for the snow couple, we wished them well. She was a frigid biotch, and he had snowballs, so it should work out great.

Well we walked back to the house, made coffee, changed clothes, and decide to go take pictures of other stuff since we had the day off and it wasn't actually that cold out. Where to go when you have the day off, hmmm...BEACH!!
Bears hat, check. Cubs hoodie, check. Awesome sauce man-beard, check.

Whoa, easy now, I'm retired military. :rasta:
I did sort of miss it for about 2 seconds today when the USS Harry S. Truman was sailing straight towards us at the beach. But I got over it reeeeaaaaaal quick. REAL quick.
