Second, why do you want to change all the coils and plugs? The stock ignition system on this car is more than up to the job, even with a blower.

To answer your last question, tunes only cancel the rear O2s...all they do is monitor catalyst efficiency. You do NOT want to cancel the front ones.

A code P0141 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

O2 heater circuit wiring high resistance
O2 heater element resistance is high

What does that mean?

This indicates a fuel vapor leak in the EVAP control system. It means a very small leak has been detected. In fact, the leak can be from a hole as small as 0.04" in diameter. p1151 is going to be a fun one
A Heated Exhaust Oxygen (HO2S) sensor indicating lean at the end of a test is trying to correct for an over-rich condition. The test fails when the fuel control system no longer detects switching for a calibrated amount of time.
Symptoms

You will likely not notice any drivability problems.
Causes

A code P1151 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Short to VPWR in the harness or HO2S
Water in the harness connector
Open/shorted HO2S circuit
Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring

P1117 is not a code... I would say check all the wires coming off your o2 sensors, make sure their not melted. if there ok, and not melted or corroded replace the o2 sensors. if you still have a problem i'm thinking your PCM is fried.

There is a differnece between the front and rear sensors and all of them are heated sensors.

So do not use the universal sensors because they will still pop a code after changing them.

There are specific one's before the converters and another set for after the converters. You can look up the part numbers on the Ford Parts web site then go to a site like AutoParts warehouse and find the afetr market one's that replace the original Ford Numbers.

When I changed my o2 sensors out I used the Walker one's and never had a problem and were about $59.00 each plus they had the longest direct fit wire's out of them all 18".
