Some may not be aware of this, but my friend, Todd Fisher's father Ed, is in the ICU in Tampa after suffering a heart attack and apparent stroke.
Latest update from Tallboy is that his right side is paralyzed.
I don't give a rat's behind what anyone thinks of Todd, that's your loss. But.. Ed is a gentleman, and one of the coolest guy's you'd ever want to shake hands with.
And he could use our good thoughts and prayers.

Terrible news. I met Ed once or twice, a true gentleman, just like his son.
Hope it all turns out good!

Thanks for letting us know Rich. I hate to hear stuff like this. Typical Todd....Drive through anything for someone he cares about. If this does not tell you the type of guy Todd is, then............ Well you get my meaning
Todd's father is a hell of nice guy, and an old school hop in your car and drive, hot rodder in every sense of the word. Hoping for the best for Ed. We need ya back in the saddle soon!:flag:

Sounds bad, but usually that's temporary and alot of the movement should come back in time. Here's wishing a speedy recovery.
I'm sorry to hear this, I have never meet him but I pray for a full recovery.

Only a sugestion. When I had my 2 micro stroke's and had some memory and eye hand coordination problems making myself relearn how to play video games on the PC was extreamly theroputic in relearning things and regaining full use of everything.
Tell them it might be something to consider if your in touch with them.
Standing in the center of a room and learn to judge your distance from objects and using a mesuring tape to see how well your doing with the judgments after words.
Another words force the mind to work around the damaged area's and teach it how to work without those damaged parts.
I hope this helps him in the future in becomming more functional once his health is stable again and he is back home.
Also forcing yourself to swim in a pool helps a lot in motor skills and rebuilding strength to the parts of the body that are not working properly.
