If you follow the first aid scene, they change their minds about every 6 months about the compression/breath ratio or if any breaths at all. I've seen some very wild swings in the "correct" method from the previous method and then back again the other way.

Take this with a grain of salt as it is a sound bite explanation of continuous compression CPR. To truly get it right, take a CPR class by an accredited sponsor and learn to do it the right way.
