SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. -- A Spartanburg County woman said a man looking to pave her driveway made an indecent proposal.

Investigators said 24-year-old Billie Bobbie Harrison, of Winston-Salem, and another man drove up to the woman's Chesnee home to solicit work on Tuesday.
The woman told investigators the two men were in a pickup truck and asked her about paving her driveway.
She said that the passenger in the truck, who deputies later identified as Harrison, began to make sexual comments to her and then exposed his genitals to her. She said he offered to pave her driveway in exchange for oral sex.
The woman told deputies that the driver of the truck had seemed embarrassed by Harrison's conversation and quickly drove away from the house.
The woman called 911, and the responding deputy was able to locate Harrison a short distance from her house.
Deputies said that Harrison admitted exposing himself to the woman.
Harrison is charged with one count of indecent exposure.
He was taken to jail but was released on bond.
