Can any of those who can get them still get them?

Finally got all the paperwork stuff I need to trade my soon to be ex-wife's car. Looking at a new 2010 Fusion or a used 2008 Taurus Limited AWD or FWD (2 to choose from). I know the X-Plan pin only works on new vehicles. If I can get a good deal on a new vehicle that is what I'll go with.

I was in a dealer a few weeks ago (Ford had a "test drive a Ford product and get a $50 debit card" program which I took advantage of), and the salesman showed me Z plan prices on a new Lincoln.

I'm still eligible via my brother-in-law, a Ford retiree.
