Hey guys, I just had a few questions since i'm uninitiated so far into the realm of the Marauder. There was a lot of pressure for me to purchase an 03 at drastic discounts, but chose the 04 simply because I wanted the Silver Birch color. I think I just read somewhere that there are a few differences on the 04 which includes a newer recalibrated heavier duty transmission, along with dual knock sensors which I heard were for emissions reasons. Are there any other differences in the 04 Marauder vs. the 03?

Also, I want to do an exhaust modification to let open the exhaust note on the motor, and have been unable to find anyone who has a catback system for it so far. Do you know if anyone has a catback system yet for the Marauder? Also, are they are problem area's I need to watch for on the MM that are well known? From reading the message boards, it seems like the Marauder is a well built car as there are very few complaints about something going wrong. I am trading in my 03 Land Rover Discovery, and if you follow those forums, sometimes most of the topics are nothing more than people talking about the problems they are having. I am told that my Marauder will arrive at any time, and hopefully will be in this week. Thanks to those who have already given me a wonderful welcome to this forum already!

BTW, any Marauder owners in Cincinnati, OH or around this area?

A couple of the vendors here offer a cat back system, as well as headers
