i need to know where the vacuum ports on the back of the eaton should be routed to. There are 5 vacuum ports on the OE manifold as depicted in pic2. I need to know where these hoses correlate to the eaton. i have numered the ports on the eaton that i am concerned with in pic1 for easier understanding. Also, there is another eaton port on the plenum, lets just call that one #7. Thanx.

6 in your first pic is the EGR spot
2 and 4 in your second pic are not vac, they are coolant lines
PS there is another vac spot on the underside of the stock upper intake.

about 4 and 5. judging from location and looking inside of the blower, 4 is a vacuum and 5 blows out compressed air. that being said, which 1 would you now say goes to #1 and which goes to the fuel vapor canister?

#1 is hooked up to #5
#2 is left open not attached
#5 is teed to frps,#1 and Boost Bypass
#4 is hooked the DFPE valve and cabin vacuum
Port on the plenum is for the Brake Booster.
^^^this is the correct info.

Thank you...so...what exactly are the ports 1, 3, and 5 on the OE manifold? Are any of these plug n play for the eaton?

1 is vacuum to engine control devices such as FRPS, EGR, vapor recovery control. 3 is the pcv valve connection. 5 is vacuum to the brake booster, vacuum reservoir, HVAC. The unseen one under the manifold is for the vapor recovery system purging.
