Anyone know how to post a link?? I tried the hyperlink several times, but I have never used it before, and I am also new to excel.:o

If the document is on your computer, it won't work. It needs to reside on the Web somewhere and be linked from the Web. You can upload an attachment to a post in a thread but there is a limitation for size.

The above was just an example of a file being located on a website. That link and website does not exist.

Bob,

Do you just want to post up the file for viewing, or do you want to keep it as a functional EXCEL file?

If the former, just re-save the file in .pdf format and then post it up as an attachment.

If the latter, no can help, maybe Bunny can chime in with some advice.

Open up the doc, hit Ctrl + Prt Scr at the same time. Open Paint, paste, save as jpg, goto http://www.picresize.com/ and open the pic, resize and post.
