Cause it's ALL OVER my freakin car!!! Spring is here friends! I put a driveway extension on last summer, right under a maple tree. I had my car outside, parked under it yesterday, all day long, and now it is COVERED in sap!! This is gonna be a serious task! What do I use?? It's EVERYWHERE!

Sap will mess up paint quickly too. Try some dish soap and a soft cloth or sponge.

Try the search function, noob!
But seriously. First, power rinse the car with your garden hose, then use the hottest water you can stand putting your hand in, and use your normal car wash soap. Worked for me at my previous house.

Use Dawn dish soap and some elbow grease and wax your car when you are finished.
What tree is sapping in this weather?

Works great if it's fresh sap and not weeks old. The longer you wait the harder it will to remove. GL!!!
A few friends who are professional detailers told me to get Dodo Juice Purple Haze Soft Wax http://www.autogeek.net/dodo-purple-haze-wax.html for my Taurus, they said it works great on black paint.

I use to use the turtle wax bug and tar remover after I washed the car so I am not rubbing dirt and grime into the paint.
Some elbo greese is needed of course but it will come out.
But the others are right the longer you wait the harder it will be to get it off.
Then use some instant detailer with a clay bar before waxing again. :D

Tree has at minimum a couple gallons on it. Bring a bucket!
