I love watching the TV show Man vs Food. The food looks amazing and has given me ideas for making somethings at home. Do any of you enjoy Man vs Food or have any good funny food stories or places near you? I wish I had some places like those in the show near my home. Any good stories here?

yeah we loe m vs f, we have been to a hand full of the places that he has here in the stl , and i tried the pointers pizza challange with a friend in janaury and allmost got it :) and yes im going back for it again i will do it , and we have been to a feew of the places on travel channels top 100 bbq too . mmmmm bbg ;), hell we had some of the ggod places up by you in febuary when i came up there to visit my father and some friends from school

I wish they woud come try "Daytona's" bar in Des Moines, they have some HOT wings.

I love the show but when that guy get's old his intestine is gonna look like a raisin. Still very entertaining!

I wanna try some of the things he has done, I really wanna do Denny's Beer Barrel pub and eat one of the big burgers, I wanna try getting a Fat Sandwich named after me, few others I can't think of right now.

I saw an episode of DOOM vs Ribs once! Filmed in Louisville, only airs once a year tho:P

He went to Boston, to Eagle's Deli. I used to eat there all the time. I forget whether he beat the Godzilla burger but I've seen tons of people beat it.
Man, when I was younger I could really eat a lot.
Now my hyatal [sp] hernia and resluting reflux really killed that for me.

The show is okay, I'm not a super huge fan but I'll watch it if nothing else is on.
