View Full Version : Sad Day SOLD the Marauder !!!

I have owned my marauder for a little over two years! I have been a member on this forum for about the same time! I loved doing modds to her. She was a fun car but it was time to move on! I loved the car but I wanted something different. I live in NY and I want a 4 weal drive for the beach and the winter!
At 82,000 miles she started to have problems , all minor stuff. Headlights shutting off while driving, leaky trunk, power steering pump issues. Air suspension issues ( compressor/sensors), power window buttons malfunctioning . All stuff I didn’t mind fixing but it just added to the desire to sell her.
So I traded her in and purchased a 2010 Tahoe LTZ. I have only had it for three days but so far I love it! I put a 2 inch lift on her / CAI and a cat back exhaust and a tune.
Well thanks everyone who has helped me on this forum! So many of you helped me make a lot of big decisions on my car! I never thought I would sell her!

Congrats! I like the new Tahoe's plus they offer great discounts and financing for GM cars and trucks right now.

The Tahoe is a good choice as far as I know. We have one in the family.

Sounds horrible but I can't wait for the day to sell my Marauder.

It will be replaced with a cheap CV and another motorcycle.

I wish I would get some bites on it... been for sale for a few weeks now.

I can't wait to get mine all paid off so I can continue to drive it, but also start making payments on another one... maybe trilogized...

+1 on this note. Maybe get a 2nd vehicle to tinker with.

Never going to sell mine unless someone wants to buy it for the price I want to sell it then I'm going to turn that money around and find another one to buy. lol I've got too many vehicles and not enough money for mods.

We traded in the Wifes DTR a few weeks back on a 2010 Fusion. Didn't want to par with the Marauder either but it was nickel and diming us to death. She drives 45 miles back and forth to work everyday so it was killing us on gas milage too. New Fusion is awesome.
