I used this with my ProCharger then used it with my Whipple until I got the Thump Racing tensioner. It is still in great condition. It was made by first modifying a standard tensioner by drilling, tapping, and screwing an allen head bolt into it. Then a couple of big washers were drilled for the pin and a longer bolt was located for attaching it to the timing cover. Then the hard part, finding a pulley that fit properly. I think it came from a truck application with dual alternators, maybe a powerstroke. I can't remember exactly what the application was that the pulley came from, but the only way to get it was to order the whole tensioner assembly which was huge and expensive. Asking $40, includes everything pictured.

Replied... Beneficial for Vortech and ProCharger users. Not needed for an Eaton conversion, unless you want to upgrade and use 8 rib belts for both the accessory and blower drive.

LOL the stock 6-Rib tensioner is wide enough for an 8 Rib belt!

The belt overlaps the edge of the 6-rib pulley. And thanks for the help in making a sale...

Like I said, it was on my car until I replaced it with the Thump Racing tensioner. I have 8 rib belts in both places.

The pulley is from a 7.3 power stroke off the tensioner one was a 8 rib and the other is a smooth surface, like the one you have.

I have lots of those in my corral.
