The wifes S197 GT will be getting this motor down the line for sure:D Possibly other platforms as well.

Jamie Allison, Director Ford North America Motorsports

"Will the new 5.0L engine be sold as a Ford Racing part to install in ‘05 to ‘09 Mustangs?
”Absolutely, 5.0 is the holy grail for all Mustang enthusiasts. So, yes, we plan to offer the new 412HP 5.0L through our catalog and we have plans to develop an install kit across various platforms [Mustang installs, racing, hotrods/streetrods, etc.]."

AWESOME!!!!

I was just wondering about this after I saw the 395 RWHP dyno test on the 2011 Mustang.

I'm starting my Coyote 5.0 Cammer savings account today!

Anyone interested in my 'old school' 5.0 DOHC?

Maybe that explains the 2010 Motorsport catalog is still not out yet. Who knows, maybe the 2011 V6 will in there, too.

2010 4.0L V6 or 2011 3.7L V6?

I don't think its gonna make it in there for this years as it took the several years to place in there for the 05 3 V motor and harness kit, I'd say at earliest next year if your lucky, But start saving now....lol

Wouldn't that be sweet if they made an install kit for our cars?

Not enough Panthers being used that way to justify it I am sure.

Research and time to make it work would make the set up too costly I am sure for the number of people that would actualy buy it.
