Just wondering if anyone else has had a power mirror failure. the fuse isn't blow, there is power from the distribution block yet the switch wont move either mirror. bad switch or bad motors?

Could be the switch, the chances that four motors will all fail at the same time has impossible odds. I am sure they don't have their own separate fuse. They are hot all the time. See if both your power points are hot too. Maybe you missed a fuse. There is a fusebox inside and outside.

I actually pulled and checked all the fuses under the hood and under the dash to make sure I didn't miss something.

Get at the mirror where it plugs in.
use a test light on the plug that is going to it and see if the switch is putting power out to that point while your trying to make adjustments with the switch.
Do a process of elimination another words.

Switch is a pretty common problem. Mine has started on the blink now - won't go to the right. I just replaced the one on my MIL's F250. Switch was only $23. Switch was $29 for the MM version, but they didn't have it in stock.

Thanks for the confirmation. Sounded like the switch. Not to hijack your thread but just had to replace the power window switch on the passenger front for astounding price of $75 which is more than the master switch on the drivers side...plus that switch has probably only been used a dozen times over the years.

Most likely that's why it had to be replaced.... contacts got dirty from lack of use.
