At least 51% of the credit goes to the 1st baseman who anticipated that "between the legs" flip throw. :D

It just goes to show that baseball is fun to watch sometimes...between the scratching and backing away from the plate to redo gloves, etc.

The Washington Nationals lost their opening day game 11-1 to Philadelphia. Hope this is not a glimpse of another poor season.

President Obama threw out the first pitch. It was "high and wide" of the plate. I am not surprised. :P

Don't go into a dark room with him, bend over with Casey anywhere nearby or when he is wearing his 'Lather pants'.

President Obama threw out the first pitch. It was wayyy "high and wide" of the plate. I am not surprised. :P

Fixed it for ya Charlie!

Yep, and instead of honoring the local team on opening day...Obama disses the home crowd by donning a Chicago Whitesox baseball cap.
What a douche!

Yes, I am a Glutton for punishment:bigcry:. Every year I say "This is it, 100 years of ineptitude erased" and then opening day comes and removes all doubt. :mad2:Oh Well, at least they serve more than Old Style at Wrigley now.

For years, it was all they sold, they still sell it in Right Field, but now you can get a full assortment of beers all over. That's the only you can possibly enjoy a Cubs game because chances are they're losing, so you best be drunk
