Is the female minijack in the lower left corner on the face of the unit for input or output?

input.. i have that same model... or did actually...

my unit keeps rebooting.. so my warranty is taking care of it.. they offered me a 710BT.. but i was like "screw that"

so, trying to get the 920bt as a replacement.

Other than the slow boot up and a few quirks, I like mine.

I want to play my Droid through it so I will get a mini to mini cable unless someone has a better suggestion.

i enjoyed mine... but it kept rebooting on me

so my warranty company is offering me a replacement.. a 910.. to a 710....

no way... 710 has no DVD..
so, if they dont have the 910.... give me the 920 :)

My Kenwood DNX 6140 is up & running in seconds. It has ever given me a problem. I use the nav all day every day for work day & night. I can't say enough about all the other multi funtions. The tunner, USB, Ipod, Bluetooth just one great unit. Best of all it looks factory.

It's will also handle video input as well as audio if you have the 4 conductor mini-jack.

did you buy the subwolfer connector for your car?

http://www.buy.com/prod/70-5521/q/listingid/50448413/loc/111/205844437.html

also, did you get the steering wheel interface unit?
http://www.amazon.com/PAC-SWI-PS-Steering-control-interface/dp/B000AXW7SA

let me know... i want both of these to work, and curious if you did it

i didnt realize my sub was MUTE for almost 2 years. i guess i felt that satellite radio had no "deep tone"

i just bought a 710BT for 299.99 when i got my money back from my warranty from my 910BT.

Yes and yes.

I love my 910BT but the steering wheel controls leave a little bit to be desired.

The steering wheel interface doesn't suck, but it doesn't react as smoothly and as quickly as the OEM setup. Part of that is supposed to be taken car of in the setup. I may have been one of those that held a button down too long when the module was learning. I'll probably redo that again sometime soon.

With that said, you get to keep the volume and next track/radio station ability. You can program the source button to do whatever you like.
