Don't expect a lot with your car being fairly basic and putting on those wide rear tires. They might do more damage than helping out. Just try to get a good launch and hope that helps!

Yea i know im hoping for high 13's to low 14's with the mods now. And the larger tires I realized also its not necessary for my n/a marauder it just looks good lol. After these wear out im going back to stock either 245 or 255' rears.

Ill let you guys know the times after i get back!

first time at the track with my marauder. its been four years since i went to the track with my srt4. Went to Capital raceway and waited 3 hours in line cus a couple people almost crashed! Well good thing everyone is safe.
I power braked it to around 2k rpms and the launch felt pretty swift. I think if i cut my reaction time with everything else the same i couldve hit 14.0-14.3 not including the fact that i need to keep working on my 60ft times. Ended up with only one run today. Let me know what u guys think!

It's an electric water pump compared to the stock. itll reduce some of the drag/lag on the accessories belt i believe.. and does free up some hp. why do people get intake spacers? intakes? etc they all add little to some extra hp and thats what n/a is about.

You definitely forgot high stall tc's. Thanks on the heads up though. I'll be very interested in getting the t/c next, but I heard its kind of a pain takin off the tranny with the kooks lth's in there. Might stall off on the water pump for a bit. I would love to c the 60ft times w/ the high stalls though and test out my traction with the 295's..it may be put to good use.

Dave just like to complain about things. lol

I've had a 3500 stall in mine for over 2.5 yrs and it was daily driven, it never annoyed me and I also have 3.55 gears which shorter gears like 4.10s would of been much better for it though but still no issues with a good mix of city and highway driving. Been driving it for the past week, how I've missed it so much compared to my normal DD 08 Ford Taurus AWD.

I'm not too fond of my high stall converter...
My high stall converter makes my Marauder feel like a slug when driving around town.
The engine has to rev higher and it requires more throttle to get the car moving vs. the OEM converter.

Now, If I punch it.....that's a different story!...

It will do that with 3.55 gears, with shorter gears you don't have to get the revs up higher to get it really moving.

If you make enough power even part throttle feels fine :P

Seriously though, the way the car revs up under light throttle can get a little old sometimes.
