you cant "get" an eaton swap, you have to do one. its alot more work then a trilogy.
other then the amount of work, the eaton has a slight edge only because you can easly swap any other blower made to fit a cobra in about an hour.

A few of the differences:
Trilogy,
A large box is sent to you with everything but plugs.
Outstanding customer service even for years after you purchase
Countless hours to design the perfect fit with years of reliability
A nice neat booklet with all the Ford part numbers at hand in the event of a breakdown, you can travel the country and allways find a dealer that will work on it since they know exactly what part numbers to use. (a big plus for me as I travel with three kids and don't intend on lugging tools)
Eaton,
Source your own used parts (most are slightly used)
A small amount of fabbing
You stand behind your ownself for service
A HUGE plus if you go to adapt to a different blower
Most of all the work has been laid out for you allready
Basically, you will save between $1,500 to $3,000 bucks if you are at all capable of sourcing your own stuff, and are able to get the job done. It's not for all people.. If this was around two years ago, I probably still would have went with the Trilogy for ease of install and not have to source parts. Thats just me, you need to decide for yourself.
Both have proven outstanding results.

Dude, please don't take this as offensive but, if you can't find the list in search, maybe you should not go with the Eaton.
