BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- A woman told police in southern Indiana that her ex-boyfriend threw a Chihuahua at her head as he attacked her.
A Bloomington police report said that the man hurled the three-pound dog across the room at the 22-year-old woman.
The report indicated that the dog wasn't injured as it struck the woman, slammed into the wall and then fell to the floor.
The woman said the man called her obscene names, punched her in the face and hit her in the head repeatedly with his cell phone before throwing her dog.
The April 19 confrontation wasn't reported until a second altercation early Saturday, when the woman told police her ex-boyfriend ran into a house and found her in a bedroom with another man.
No arrests were immediately made.

Although I feel (badly) for the canine brothern, a dog is not really a dog unless it's adult weight is at least 40 lbs, otherwise it's just a big yapping rat.

Although I feel (badly) for the canine brothern, a dog is not really a dog unless it's adult weight is at least 40 lbs, otherwise it's just a big yapping rat.

They look... ummmm... how do I put this.... well fed?
The one in the front is my wife's and yeah, he's a little porker.
The other two have slimmed down some since the photo was taken and are currently right at 16 lbs.
Yup, love them weiners. Well, in this case, two weiners and a brat...;)
The first one looks like a T-rex, all body, stubby arms.

Good looking pooches. :beer:Those are great cuddly dogs. I was figuring they looked big because of how they were laying down... I want a dog!

I don't like the really small "Paris Hilton" type dogs that do nothing but nervously "Yap Yap Yap".
Any 'dog' that would lose a fight with a rabbit is not a dog!
My inconsiderate neighbor has FIVE of those little rats and they bark at anything! If the wind blows a leaf....they go ballistic.
After several years of trying to get them to control/train their little rats,
I have finally given up and so I am getting the county animal control board involved now.

Believe me, the thought had crossed my mind several times!
But they would know who did it as soon as they found the dead rats in their yard.
Let's just say that we don't talk to each other any more.
The last time I spoke to him about a month ago, I ended our "discussion" of his barking dogs by saying:
"I will see you in court on May 11th!"

The fat one is Myer. The black and tan is Smeagol's brother, Otto. We've got a 4th one as well.

He was supposed to be a miniature (less than 12 lbs and tiny), currently weighs in 22 lbs and is anything BUT tiny...;)
