Definitely was crapitol when I went last weekend. Several implications thus 3+ hours of wait time for one run...but its only 10 minutes from my new carrolton shop...:burnout:

Just remember your times are probably going to be the same or slower cause you wont be running those smaller rear tires anymore. I'll be out sometime in May after the 4.10s go in.

Yeah I'd say you should be faster, if you get a good launch I could see low 14's probably right around the 13/14 sec barrier, might have to get a high stall converter or 4.10 gears to get over that barrier. Hey only one way to find out though!

just got back a little while ago. Was hot as hell! Made 3 runs, first two runs were at 86 degrees 14.5 and 14.6.

Best run of the night was the last run. at 78 degrees. 60ft 2.17 1/4 14.42. so thats my best time so far with my marauder.

man i think i did HORRIBLE, like guccijayda said it wad hot!...both pulls with the headlight in i ran 15.68 :shake: said i was done then waited 40mins ran it again because my brother said "is it the tires or the driver" ran a 15.61 so its the tires.lol...3.5-4inch custom cowlhood here i come. tired of taking the headlight out or if you forget a tool your screwed, so a functional cowlhood is in the near future! ;)

Cowl hood like I have does nothing different with the intake in which you pull the head light out for. You just need to get yourself a JLT or K&N FI kit with the heat shield. Main purpose of the hood is for pulling in fresh air while driving from the cowl vents and help allow heat to escape while sitting still through the vents.

Like I said it was the tires making that big of a difference. So you might want to take down the ALL STOCK since your had alike 3.73 gears. lol

nothing, jus a muffler swap and jus put the nt555s on, 2weeks bfore with the 235/50 on i ran two 14.6s

it sure does, thats how it was last night, 80* ran 15.6 on 265/50 headlight on, 2weeks earlier in 60* on 235/50 14.6 in 38* on 235/50 14.3 both headlight off...i was VERY disappointed in my car!

Breeze, you don't have a open filter carbarated motor so sucking in air from in front of the windshield isn't going to do jack for you. 3.55 to 3.73 is a lot of difference for a stockish car.
