It is that time of year again to celebrate Ford's famous big block engines. The days of 4/27 4/28 & 4/29 are the days to celebrate the 427, 428, & 429 engines and all of their glory ! If you own a car with one of these engines, take it out for a ride and show the world what it is capable of.

This should be a National Holiday !

I drove a CJ 428 back in 72... lots of power.. I figured the car was smacked cuz it was all over the road under power. Was I expecting too much ?

I wish I was rich enough to buy an original...it's an ERA replicar that my brother and I built.
(It does have a 427 FE under the hood.)

Very nice. I've always wanted to build one of those because I would also never be able to afford an orig. If I could I would use that money on an airplane anyway.

Joe, yes you can take your Cobra out at any time durinng the three day Holiday to promote the Cobra motors. Enjoy a nice long ride for all of us who don't have one ! We'll be there with you in spirit.
