Any 4R70W transmission experts in NJ?

I'm looking for advice, recommendations or help with my trans problems.

This is the second time in 4 months that I lost OD on my car and I definitely can't afford to buy another tranny.

What should I do, I really don't have any money left and I have one trans sitting on the garage floor and the other is still in the car being worthless...

Russ: Try the guys at Dynotech performance 908-704-8536/37. Ask for Eric Schertz. I believe Eric is a regular at E-Town. I met him there and enjoyed talking to him. He was pretty nice to me when I went there on my first outing back in October.

Is this a NA engine or a SC engine? Does it blow just street driving or at the strip?

thank you Marty, I will put them on my contact list and start making phone calls when I get a job I got two interviews tomorrow hopefully I'll be able to grab something.

Donald, its an Eaton Supercharged Vic with just slightly more horspower than stock, I couldn't outrun a chipped Marauder (like the one Marty has running 13.75, best I've been able to get out of it was 14.034 @ 98.10)
The car blew the transmission on the road, ironically both transmissions died nearly the same spot on the Garden State Parkway in Central Jersey, and people wonder why I hate going there, lol
I definitely contributed to the OD bands dying because of my driving habits, but that was my reason in gettin the supercharger in the first place... I want to be able to do 80mph at normal highway cruising speeds and be able to floor it to over 100mph with a twitch of the right foot if a Mustang pulls up and wants to play.... too bad my transmissions can't allow me to do that.

I will figure something out, for me right now getting a job is main concern, being a full time student is the only constraint but I gotta get some income cause i'm totaly broke spending $600 bux on the last transmission that I just blew four months ago.

Anyway, if anyone subscribes to Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords, could you scan and e-mail me the Luxobarge Shootout article from the current issue? I'm dying to see the Oreo shots there (2 Black Marauders and my Crown Vic)

I've been to three 7 Eleven's and no luck

no luck at the interviews either... the first lady apparently changed her mind about even talking to me,
called me on the cell to let me know that I won't be able to do the work schedule because of school.

the second guy emphasised that point even more telling me how important it is to stay in school and focus
on learning instead of working... I almost walked out of there, how do you tell a fool that without work I can't
afford to stay in school...

Ugh, this sux ass!
