Well it's been a while since I have had time to post. We moved and had to get unpacked, sisters weeding and finding a job. Well Finally got time to post back up. I was looking to sell my Gen. 2 lightning and get a marauder. But financially I couldn't swing it. So I found a nice Project Truck and have been working on it for the last 6 months or so. Got a lot done to it. List of things we did.
Pulled the seats and carpet out for a cleaning
Got rid of Rusted tube bumper
Got rid of Bed rails
Torched the Tow hitch off
New Tires Front and Rear
Replaced Missing center Cap
New Bearings,seals Front
New Front and Rear shocks
New Rear Window
New Wiper Motor and Blades
New Battery and Battery tray
New Alternator
Fixed Window motor
New Door latch Cable
New Door sills
New A/C vents
New Console Rubber parts
New/used Hood
Removed Wind Guards
Cut up Plastic warped Bed Liner
New Roll Pan Bumper
New Bed
Brighter Headlights
New Plugs,wires,Cap and Rotor,Ignition Coil
Oil Change
New Factory CD Player(awaiting install)
New Exhaust headers back(On the way)
New Ignition switch and key cylinder
New Seat Lever on Driver side
Took out the non working aftermarket Fog lights
Removed Front Tank and capped lines
Repaired a busted Brake line
New interior Trim parts(in the basement waiting to be painted)
I'm sure I left out a few things but that is the just of what we did. Now for some pictures form when I got it and how it looks now. We have done all the work in the driveway minus the new tires being mounted.
The truck is just now starting to have the stink gone. I got it and then winter hit and I didn't care about the carpet so much since I had a rubber mat there. But now the snow crap is done with and I cleaned the carpet again and a nice set of floor mats have helped keep the dirt and wet work boots off the carpet better and people don't complain about riding in the truck anymore LOL.
