Grille color

Everything I read says that the grille is body color. I have a silver 04MM, and the grill is black. I wouldn't have it any other way, but was wondering if I am alone, or if all silver MM's have the black grille.

On the silver's the grille's outer shell is body color and the slates are black. So far it's the only color Marauder to have this contrast.

Ah ,Yes, the Silver with black grill --Always felt something is/was a bit miss there--like maybe an engineer dropped his pen/pencil falling asleep one night and thats what the silver owners ended up with --and they all like it--coulda' been the other way --all silver --hummm--surely thats about to happen soon with an owner..eh? why not? pics soon then maybe?

i asked babcock this question myself. his answer was that with the black headlights and a silver grill the car looked like a racoon. the black grill was the solution. he also said 'any future light colored marauders would have this too' ah, wishful thinking

I'd have it painted the body color...the radiator behind it will contrast nicely...IMHO.

I saw a silver Marauder and it had a silver grill. That is how I spotted it parked at a dealer in a row of GM's.
