Hi
Earlier today I picked Motorhead350 (Dominick) and his buddy Jeff up from London Heathrow, after ferrying them to thier hotel to check in we went on a whistlestop tour of London.

After dropping the guys back at thier hotel we beat a path back to the West Country.

I miss my sweetie so much I'd pay to get him home right now. It's good to see he's having fun though.

How bad did he smell after getting off the plane?
So i get an airmail envelope today, clearly from England, and I'm thinking "Wow, Dom actually thought of me!" Nope, it's from Dereck, the man that picked him up when he landed, lol.
Thanks, man! I had no idea who had that bracket.

Heck ya! Gimme $100 and I'll go overseas. I'll be back, but I'll be overseas from London. Either way you pay! hahahahahahahahahaha! I win!
Anyway guys it's been great here. The plane ride was hell... for rest. I couldn't sleep at all, the seats were so small and the people behind me were awake so I didn't recline all the way. Dereck, is one cool dude, but I knew that before since he had a Marauder. Huge thank you to him and remember to come over to the Windy City!
Networking has been great. All the campers are fun to be around. A lotta the rock stars have been sharing stories that only people who play music would understand. Spike, the guy from Queen... he kicks azszszsz! We have been hanging out all day. Joey from Badfinger, we were talking about Chuck Berry for hours and rock n' roll music. Mark Hudsion this producer for Aerosmith said he has a never before released version of Aerosmith doing the Etta James song At Last including a version with a singer from The Tempations singing over Aerosmith's music, this will be nuts! I was doing Rock N' Roll trivia all night with these guys. They couldn't believe I knew about Phil Spectors sound, how I hate digital sound to analoge mono reel to reel recording, DOO WOP music... OMFG. I belong!
Tomorrow I am teching for Jack Bruce, the bass player of Cream and have been moved up to Production Manager. I am networking everyday and the producer from Aerosmith is going to listen to our stuff and see what he can do for us. He knows we have the drive!
I'll probably be doing a tour with the camp this fall and driving all over the country. If this happens I will have to look for a new car so I won't have to worry about The Marauder breaking. I'd hate to say it, but I would sell the Marauder if I'd have to if I knew having a dependable car could literally take me further in the industry... or I could rent or not drive at all. This will all be determined, but I highly doubt I will sell the Marauder, but I always said I would never let the cars get in the way of the music. Ever.
BTW the women here are nice. I mean nice like they are actually nice to you. It must be the Chicago in my voice or some BS. They have nicer butts here too. You don't have to look for an overweight black woman to find a butt that will give you a boner... please don't delete that, I'm on cloud nine.
Finally I am on-line to check an email on contacts for this event. As long as I had to log on I might as well stop by!
It's been music for 18 hours a day and I'm not sick of anything. I have been learning so much from everyone and the rock stars have been learning a little from me... two of them said I was a Rock N' Roll dictionary... or pedia thing... who knows?
The TV is on for my drummer and right now they are showing something on The Buzzcocks... they show boobies on TV here too... I'm talking nice boobies!!!! :banana2:
Alright GTG!
Cheers! .....why does everyone say that?!?!?!
P.S. I was jamming with campers and some of the stars last night and singing my heart out. I was signing louder than anyone when we did I Love Rock N' Roll and one of the few who did it in key.
Abbey Road will be tomorrow. I was there the other day to set up two of the recording studios, but I might have time to take a photo by the crosswalk that The Beatles had for that one album. I have seen the crosswalk and it looks exactly the same. The problem is it's a busy street and a two way. Getting the photo means standing in the middle of the street... this will be fun. The people drive like crazy here too. I don't have the guts to even try. I heard Italy is even worse. Alright now I really gotta run! LATER!

Sell your Marauder? Hmmm...knew a guy once that mentioned that he was thinking about selling his house to his neighbor. He didn't realize that everyone in the neighborhood hated him. They quickly formed a block club, collected donations and bought his house for above market value. Good Luck With The Sale!!
