I know claiming to be a diabetic would help... but I think you actually have to have proof of that and when tested at the scene by EMT's, you had better have a really low sugar level!

I use that Kidney excuse all the time, except mine is I really have to pee and can only do it in an acceptable bathroom with the upmost cleaniness. They never buy it though
