I was able to test drive one for 12 hours and that thing kicks butt. The only reason I did not buy it was when the gas prices topped $4.00 and the Jeep gets 8-10 MPG. Trust me that thing is nasty and all wheel drive.

i have to agree the AWD is the biggest reason why that thing can be driven on the street and get some traction.
its something different, would be a bad ass soccer mom ride.

That Jeep SRT8 is also daily driven, the owner changes nothing. He might run race gas at the track though, not sure.

They are both awesome, but I really like the Jeep. I am patiently waiting to take my wife to go test an SRT8 soon. She loves the Limited but I would like to go up one notch.

I was very interested in getting a Jeep SRT8 or Chevy Trailblazer SS when I was shopping for another vehicle back in February. I knew if I got one I would really be broke with the oodles of mods for them and the thirst for more power. Almost pulled the trigger on a silver bone stock Trailblazer SS but had too many miles on it but the price was so good..... would of looked good nice to my SB Marauder. lol

Funny. I was looking at the Trailblazer SS and the Marauder. I bought the Marauder.
Both the TBSS and the Jeep SRT8 are awesome. Sort of like the GMC Typhoon with its turbo charged V-6.
