I dated a woman for five years that had a deaf daughter with a cochlear implant. We were at a restaurant during karaoke and she did "Imagine" by John Lennon completely in sign language. The whole place was in slack-jawed silent amazement. Seeing a deaf person communicate or even hear sounds really is a humbling experience. That was a great YouTube find!
