It's also on the computer (ECU) underneath the drivers side dash left of the steering column, a 5X7" box with a white sticker. All 04's are MAV4.

It may also be on the trunk lid, drivers side near the hinges.

BTW -- there was no "1BMF" code. That was an inside joke for some.

So when u get a tuner you plug it in under the steering wheel?

you plug in the tuner on the OBD II port, its on the right side under the dash. hard to miss

Nope,,, right side of the steering column, just the dash.
