Cobra Lower Intake Manafold

Is this a good price for a Cobra lower intake? I only need the lower intake. I already have the supercharger unit from a trilogy kit. Should I jump on this? I was wondering if it would be impossible to find just the lower if I don't buy this one since usually the Eaton supercharger and lower intake are usually sold together.

I wouldnt pay more then $350 for a lower intake the same for the intercooler as well.

Isn't the Trilogy unit a Magnuson MP112 the cobra intake is for a Eaton M112?

The trilogy has an adpter plate so it fits on the cobra lower.
